For Christmas I was given SprinkleOfGlitter's (aka Louise's) 2016 planner/diary! I love to use planners because you can really get creative and I had a really good idea of a series I could do on this blog...
I'm going to try and post weekly about how I design each page of my planner! These posts will probably be uploaded every Sunday so they won't be super long but I thought it would be a way to post more regularly on here and share all my planner ideas with you! I'm not to good at keeping to a schedule though but I'm going to test it out through January and if it's too much for me, I'll turn it into a monthly thing!This post is just going to show how I've added some extra bits and bobs into my planner to make it even more unique!
On one of my gift bags at Christmas, a glittery letter was tied onto it (a C for my name, Charlie) and at first I wasn't too sure what to do with it but I decided it would attach it to the front of my planner to make it stand out from the rest! To do this I just used a piece of tape on the inside to make sure it wouldn't fall off - and that was it! Unfortunately, I didn't buy it myself so I can't tell you the exact shop these come from but I'm pretty sure you could get one from most card or craft shops.
It looks cool doesn't it!
If that wasn't enough glitter, I also had some of this really pretty glittery tape lying around that I knew would look amazing on the front with the letter! This I actually do know where it's from, a shop called Tiger! I think it's only in the UK but I could be mistaken. If you can, I recommend actually going into the store instead of looking for things on the website as I can never seem to find anything on it! They should still have this tape in store as I only got it recently and have seen it in my local shop (Brighton) numerous times but I can't be 100% sure. Anyway, the tape was about 2-3 pounds and you get 3 different colours in it - my pack had pink, purple and blue. I used to pink to add a sprinkle of glitter to the front of my planner!

So now that the outside of my planner is all blinged out, time to move onto the inside! I'm not gonna show you what I've done on the actual pages because that will be coming up soon but I can show you my page where I store all my sticky notes and pieces like that! There are a few blank pages at the front which I decided to use to keep all the bits that i would need to make notes throughout the year! All of these things can probably be brought at supermarkets or stationery shops which is where I got all mine from!
